TROPICAL PLANTS
During the summer in Laos, compelled by the blooming vegetation and the desire to immerse myself in nature, I observed the flora of Laos from the backyard of my house in Vientiane, Laos. Documentation, whether in the form of drawings, photos or collection of objects, is a record of my engagement with a space. In order to comprehend how I have interacted with a space and the value behind it, I further explored these flowers through iterations. Through the processes of digitization and laser cutting, the flowers take on a new form and meaning.
